Pooch Playoffs 2024 NOW VOTING
What PAWSOME participants in Pooch Playoffs 2024 we have had! Please make sure to vote for all pairings. The first four dogs are a bye in Round 1. You must enter your name and email for your votes to count. You can vote once per day! Please share with everyone you know so they can join the fun and help us select our winner!
Voting Schedule:
Round 1: March 27th 8am- March 28th 10pm
Round 2: March 29th 8 am- March 30th 10pm
Round 3: March 31st 8 am- April 1st 10 pm
Championship Round 4: April 2nd 8 am- April 3rd 10 pm
Winner Announced: April 4th 8 am
The winner will then go on to a national single-day competition that will be held on April 7th. The national winner will be announced on April 8th.

About POOCH PLAYOFFS
Amber Robbins Photography is proud to announce Pooch Playoffs, a fun bracket-style competition to find the cutest canine of Galveston County while raising money to support Bay Area Pet Adoptions.
Participants will donate a $99 entry fee to have their pup photographed and compete for exciting prizes. Exclusive portrait sessions will be held through the end of February for the competition in March.
Each week, 2 dogs will be matched up in a head-to-head competition. The winner will advance to the next round with the final winner being named the ULTI-MUTT Cutie!
The winner will receive a gift basket of goodies for dog and human as well as other exciting donated prizes. All entrants will receive an acrylic key chain and a sWAG bag of fun items.
IT'S MORE THAN JUST A CUTE PHOTOGRAPH!
Our pups hold such a big spot in our hearts but are with us for only a short time. Having artwork of your fur babies displayed in your home allows you to keep them close long after they are gone.
THE PROCESS:
1: Register for your session by filling out the form below.
2: Discovery call with me to get to know you and your pup.
3: Consultation and session all-in-one at my home studio or your home.
Each entrant pays a $99 session fee, all of which goes to Bay Area Pet Adoptions.
During your session, your adorable pooch will be pampered with treats and love,
as we capture images to showcase your pup’s pawsome personality and
create custom art pieces that you can display proudly in your home.
4: In-person ordering appointment, where I will help you select your competition portrait,
and you will have the opportunity to order additional artwork. You will also receive an acrylic keychain
of your pup's competition photo and a sWAG bag of goodies.
5: In mid-March, your pooch will be placed in a March Madness-style elimination
bracket where they will go head-to-head against other Galveston County canines for the most votes.
6: Get your friends, family, strangers, and everyone you know to vote for your Pooch!
The winner will get the title of The Ulti-mutt Cutie of Galveston County 2024
and be our representative in the Pooch Playoffs National Championship against pups from all across the country. Winner will receive a gift basket of goodies suitable for pup and human!
Bay Area Pet Adoptions is a non-profit, 501(c)3 No-Kill shelter, pet rescue, and adoption organization that relies on donations from the public to house, feed, and medically care for the dogs and cats taken in our adoption program.
Socialization is a key to successful adoptions and to a great life outside of our shelter. Our dogs and cats are not kept in their kennels until someone who is interested in adopting them wants to spend time with them. Our dogs and cats are socialized daily in canine play yards or feline play rooms by staff and volunteers. Daily human contact and socialization with other dogs and cats is extremely important for these animals to successfully transition into a home.
